He dies.

Sometimes in life we just have to stop, look up and reflect. There's definitely more to life than what we were caught up with.

When King Lear dies in Act V, do you know what Shakespeare has written? He's written "He dies." That's all, nothing more. No fanfare, no metaphor, no brilliant final words. The culmination of the most influential work of dramatic literature is "He dies." It takes Shakespeare, a genius, to come up with "He dies." And yet every time I read those two words, I find myself overwhelmed with dysphoria. And I know it's only natural to be sad, but not because of the words "He dies." but because of the life we saw prior to the words.

You died on a Saturday morning. And I had you placed here under our tree. And I had that house of your father's bulldozed to the ground. Momma always said dyin' was a part of life. I sure wish it wasn't. Little Forrest, he's doing just fine. About to start school again soon. I make his breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Watched Forrest Gump and Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium back to back today. I'd seen both movies before. I just like to see them over and over again. It always brings hopes and inspirations. Got teary in the end every time. So much meaning especially in forrest gump. The script was just awesome.
