looking at jamie cooked was easier than i was the one in front of the pan. i memorized and did exactly what he did. i even squeezed lemon and poured olive oil in every dish like how he love to do it but it didn't turn out as great as i thought it would be.
so here goes..i present to you spaghetti salsa di vino bianco(i made the name up..LOL) aka white wine sauce spaghetti.

i tried garnishing it with local salad leaves because i cant find rocket leaves. the moment i opened the pack of salad, there was a stench coming out from it. the stench was so great i nearly fainted. i thought it was the chemicals sprayed on the leaves to preserve it but i washed and washed and the smell just wont go away. in the end i found out that it was coming out from a kind of leave. picked out all those and threw away because the smell was too strong.
the feedback: the spaghetti is cook in a very healthy way. how thoughtful you are.
me: -_-"..are u saying that there's no taste to it? PHAILED!!!!!
since there was still leftover wine, i might as well make a drink to compensate my PHAILED spaghetti.
so here i present to you..vino bianco kiwi cooler!!

extremely attractive and sleek. it even got the champagne look and colour.
so lets see how the feedback goes:-
*first gulp* *squirming face crazily at me*
me: ok shaddap. PHAILED!!!!!!
i took a sipped and i too squirmed like crazy. i guess too much lemon juice and by adding kiwi increased the sourness. One BIG tablespoon of honey helped a lot. so i shall renamed it vino bianco kiwi miele cooler!!
