So let me see if i have a case here. Suing mode turn on full power. (too much drop dead diva)
A barking frenzy is around 100 dB

Looking at the chart the barking frenzy is equivalent to the noise produce by a snowmobile or a motorcycle
AND..

..according to the chart one could only stand that kind of noise level for 2 hours a day.
If the recommended hours is exceeded, we could damage our hearing.
The interesting part is sound louder than 80 dB are considered potentially dangerous. You might think that hearing problem is a problem of the elderly generation but the theory is totally wrong now. Young generations who frequent nightclubs, discos or even listening to their ipods at a loud volume suffer a little hearing damage. I too admit i suffer from a little hearing damage due to the younger crazy days of me standing next to the loud speaker in the clubs. Now at times i can hear ringing in my ears even when the environment is extremely quiet and i know that's a bad sign for my ears. Don't be fool by the thoughts of 'getting used' to the loud noise. Our hearing is so sensitive it cant never get used to loud noise. If you do feel you already got used to the noise, it only means that your hearing had already damaged. Hearing nerves once damage cant regenerate. Do take good care of your hearing if not then save up for a gadget like this..

The price is around RM1.5k onwards depending on the features
This is something i find interesting, Studies shows that noise not only affects hearing but also increases blood pressure, has negative cardiovascular effects such as changing the way the heart beats, increases breathing rate, disturb digestion, cause stomach upset or ulcer, cause negative impact of developing fetus results in premature birth and cause sleep disturbances.
Who knows noise could be so hazardous. Be educated and remember to walk away if you think its too loud. Listen to your body. Now since i have a case here, should i sue?
