Reshuffling

Same hospital, same parking lot, same office, same ol' colleagues, NEW DEPARTMENT! weeee! today is the first day we reshuffled our position. Since we cant fire anyone if they are doing a bad job, the only thing to do is to reshuffle all our position to bring out the best of each and everyone of us. Initially it was a change between 2 person but in order to cover up the plot, my boss decided to change everyone to make it less obvious. Nobody was fooled because everyone was aware of the issues. It had been long existed even before my new boss came. I prefered to hear the truth than to be lied by a lousy liar because the lie was too obvious for me to play along. People would think i am such a fake just to cover up for my boss. Anyway I am in charge of clinical now. No more inpatient work. I am the new bff to the doctors. No more quarreling and annoying the docs because i need to face them everyday unlike the time i was in charged of inpatient, i could always hide in my office after a quarrel.
