muffins..i like!

i remembered the first time i boarded firefly, they served me muffin. eventhough i was seated beside the propeller which made me half deaf when i got down, i told myself that i preferred firefly more than airasia. the reason is because of the muffins. they serve fantastic muffins.

when i finally board it the second time, instead of muffins, they served me penang famous tambun biscuit('tambun peah'). i was disappointed because i am bored of the tambun biscuit considering i grew up in pg.

on the flight back, they served me 'hwa tai' biscuit. who ever say that i am not affected by the economy crisis is wrong. i want muffins!!

since i miss the muffins so much, i decided to try my hands on baking muffins.

so here goes. my first muffins baking experience. its easier than baking a cake. hehe




tadaa!! let me present to you..cointreau chocolate chip raisins muffins. in short CCCR muffins.




12 muffins that turn out nice. ignore the different sizes. i wasn't good at dividing the mixed equally in the cup.




these were left overs. i made too much mixed and ran out of muffins trays. so i just chuck them in the paper wrap and into the oven.
