And it did happened to me by accident. I accidentally kicked a trolley bag in front of me with my post kinabalu oedematous toe at the airport. I guess with all the pressure building up in my leg, a little impact exploded the nail off from my toe. For two weeks the nail was left half hanging from my toe because i did not dare to touch it. I was in the state of denial. Left it and it will fall off on its own. Some people told me to leave it there because if i cut it off, an ugly crooked nail will grow out.
Then this time i accidentally kick my toe to my other feet and it came off more. Only a quarter of the nail was left attached to the tissues. Since i was scared to let the doctors see my toe because i am sure they are going to pull it out like how the people in ancient time tortured their prisoners. They had seen so many trauma cases before and the pain of this nail is negligible to them. Therefore I turned to the one person in this world who dare to clean up my mess and perform it with care, my DAD. He cut my nails without me feeling a thing which is why if my grandma was richer back then, he would be a great doctor. Oh is it the training of cutting me and brothers nails when we were small plus the dogs nails that made him so good at it.

Ignore my ugly feet. Focus on the nails. LOL! My toe after my dad's 'mini surgery'. See the mini little old nail left attached there. I thought it will be flesh expose after i removed my nail but see there, new nail forming from beneath. Premature nail. On another note, there's bruises on my third toe. Got it from repeating hitting the front of my sport shoes going down the gazilions steps of timpohon route
