i went to court for hearing last week. it was my first time there. the whole time i was there, i got this feeling like i was in the setting of TVB drama just that it was not so dramatic as we watched on TV. the room was filled with lawyers, prosecutors and defendant. i was the only observer there. i guess no one will spare their time sitting in the court just to hear cases that were none of their business. dont get me wrong, i was actually working. my work was to observe and learn, in case in the future i have to be the prosecutor. the day before i was warned to respect the court meaning i cant cross my leg when i m sitting and i have to sit straight. imagine how tired i was when the court was proceeding. then there was the bowing thingy, bow to the magistrate when she enter or before u leave. super stress. the room became super intense the moment the magistrate entered. i can feel the aura as i m the only observer there. the rest of the people in the court were feeling twice more intense than what i felt because its their cases. anyway we won the case. it was a good debate and i like the magistrate for 'shooting' the defendant because the defendant was beating around the bush by giving all sort of excuses. remember ppl, dont ever say 'i dont know' in court. ignorance is not a defence. so know your law. LOL!! i had a good time there and is looking forward for more court cases. oh yeah, it was so coincident that we bump into the magistrate when we were having lunch. alor setar indeed was a small town. i wonder how the heck it get the title bandaraya. LOL!

on another note, i just want to thank leang for treating us fondue. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! hope you will win more football bet so that there will be more fondue to come in the future. LOL!!!!!!!!!
