pissed..

something bad happen today. i knew i would be super busy today because there was open day for ppl conducted by the pharmacy department. i was assigned to be in OPD and because today is sunday and OPD on sunday will be a busy one. i hate it when ppl start scolding when they dunno wat is happening. i was expecting patients to start getting frustrated from the waiting time but instead the person that flipped wasnt the patient but one of the 'big' pharmacist. i got the prescription to do syrup and both syrups are damn hard. when i got the prescription, the waiting time was already over 30 minutes and the 'big' pharmacist budged in to help and keep bugging me on the syrup. as if i was taking my own sweet time to do it. i know he was getting annoyed because the waiting time was over wat we aim for in the quality. so he flipped and started scolding me as if i m the one to blame for the waiting time. everyone in the pharmacy know that the patient already expect to wait long. its not like the patient is taking the drugs for the 1st time. he will be here every 2 weeks. and by the way, its not my fault to make him wait. the prescriptions were freaking thick and i happen to take the syrup prescription the minute he walk in. i hate it when ppl started scolding others when they din even know wat is really happening. i think its better to do a slow steady quality syrup rather than a bad in a hurry syrup. so fuck off the freaking waiting time. quality comes 1st. arghh...felt like throwing the whole mortar to his thick head for scolding for ntg. not everyone is in the mood to take everything from u even if u are 'big' especially when there are busy. u will get it back someday. one can do the same thing. ok done. poured out. not that pissed anymore cos i still need to face them tommoro. sucks. gonna buy a punch bag soon if everyday is like that. LOL!!
