muscle hurtng

man~ its been 3 days n my muscle still hurts especially at the feet there..arghh..this is bad..who says that exercise is good for health??!! crappy..the more i exercise, the more i hurt myself..okay~ i know i've juz done ONE exercise since i m back here but it's already killing me..in fact its my exercise for the year..haha..ever heard of binge eating?? well this is something like that but it's called binge exercising..haha..

if the muscle pain doesn't kill me, i think dengue will!!..i know it's crazy to go hiking when dengue outbreak in pg is super serious..but u know wat my dad, mom and all their frens say..they said that the mosquito in the hill there are vegetarians..haha..come on lar..where got mosquito vegetarian..NONSENSE betuii!!..on the way up the hill i've been bitten a couple of times..n the marks are super red now..n it doesn't look normal..i think i have like 3 or 4 marks on my legs..when i told my mum about it..u know wat she say to me..she says that the mosquito at the hills are more poisonous..haha..how contradicting with the 1st wan!!! kek sei me..anyway i really believe that the mosquito at the hills are vegetarians..cos i put mosquito repellent all over my legs n hands..the more i put..the more they come to me..the mosquito repellent is made from some kind of herbs..n it really smell awful..i rather not put at the 1st place like all the uncles uncles..oh yeah..1 thing more funny..my mum says that the mosquito likes the blood of women..haha..BULLSHIT lar..cos all the mosquito onli bit the women..i guess the women blood contain all the hormones like oestrogen n progestogens which is good for reproduction..u oso know all the mosquito that sucks blood are female..ish ish..malang betuii!!
